Is Mzansi Court Q available for schools today?
Not yet — the Schools module is in development. Schools can still use the standard club platform today (many features apply — memberships, WhatsApp fan-out, court booking, brackets). Schools-specific tools like term-based billing, parent portal, and inter-school leagues arrive with the Schools pilot.
How much will it cost?
Pilot schools are free during the pilot. Public beta pricing will be announced closer to Q3 2027 launch and will reflect a school's programme size (student count, coaches, teams). Expect a structure similar to the club member-band model on the pricing page.
What about POPIA + parental consent for under-18s?
Built-in. Parental consent capture on registration, per-learner image and communication opt-outs, role-scoped teacher/coach access, and full POPIA §21 operator terms with your school. See our Privacy Policy for the framework.
Can our existing coach (already on the platform) work with our school?
Yes — coaches on Mzansi Court Q's Academy Portal can link to schools as they can already link to clubs. Your school becomes another connected venue on their portal; their student roster, payments and reports are unified.
Do you support inter-school leagues like TSA?
Inter-school league management is on the roadmap for Q3 2027 (public beta). We'll be scoping this with pilot schools and will integrate with any national league bodies that publish fixture APIs; if not available, we support manual fixture capture with results feeding your season leaderboard automatically.
