Each club's super admin still confirms in their app, but since you've arranged this offline, that's a formality. You can add or remove clubs later from your Academy Portal.

⚠️ Important — please read

Pre-arrangement is your responsibility. You must have already agreed with each club's committee that you'll be coaching there. Mzansi Court Q is not liable for any club that declines or fails to confirm your join request.
The acceptance is a formality, not automatic. We assume the request will be confirmed because you've pre-arranged, but each club's super admin still has to formally accept it in their app. Until they do, you can't operate as a coach at that club.
Refunds: If a club declines (or doesn't confirm within a reasonable window), you can request a refund of that club's portion within 5 working days. A R100 administration fee is retained per cancelled connection.

I have pre-arranged with the clubs I selected above, understand that each club's super admin still has to formally accept my request, and have read the refund policy (R100 admin fee retained per cancelled connection within 5 working days). I have read and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. * On behalf of the academy, I confirm the academy is the responsible party under POPIA § 21 for its students' personal information, and appoint Mzansi Court Q as its operator to process that information for coaching-programme purposes. *
